Email - via Power Automate

To create a scheduled flow in Microsoft Power Automate that retrieves a CSV file from an HTTP Request and sends that file as an email attachment using the email tool built into Power Automate, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Power Automate: Open your web browser and navigate to the Power Automate website (https://make.powerautomate.com/). Sign in using your Microsoft account.
    
2. Create a new flow: Click on the "My Flows" tab in the left navigation menu and then click on the "New Scheduled Cloud Flow" button to create a new flow.

3. Set the schedule: Choose how often this flow should run by specifying the frequency and interval. For example, you can choose to run the flow every day at a specific time. Once selected, click “Create.”
    

4. Add an HTTP action: Click on the "+" button below the recurrence trigger and search for the "HTTP" action. Select the "HTTP" action to add it to your flow.
    

5. Configure the HTTP action: In the HTTP action configuration, specify the method as "GET" and enter the ApartmentIQ data transfer URL.
    

6. Add an email action: Click on the "+" button below the HTTP action and search for the "Email" action. Select the "Send an email notification V3" action to add it to your flow.
   
    

7. Configure the email action: In the email action configuration, enter the email address of the recipient(s) in the "To" field. You can also specify the subject and body of the email if desired.
    

8. Attach the CSV file: To attach the CSV file to the email, click on the "Show advanced options" button within the email action and locate the "Attachment" field. 
    
9. Configure the attachment action: In the attachment action configuration, specify the dynamic content of the "Body" field from the HTTP action. This will attach the CSV file retrieved from the HTTP request to the email.
    

10. Save and test the flow: Click on the "Save" button to save the flow. You can then click on the "Test" button to run a test of the flow. 
     
11. Enable the scheduled flow: Once you have tested the flow successfully, click on the "Enable" button to activate the scheduled flow. It will now run automatically based on the recurrence pattern you defined.

Email - via Zapier

Here's an explanation of how to create a scheduled Zap in Zapier to automatically receive an email with the ApartmentIQ data transfer CSV as an attachment:
 

1. Sign in to Zapier: Open your web browser and navigate to the Zapier website (https://zapier.com/). Sign in using your Zapier account credentials.
    
2. Create a new Zap: Click on the "Make a Zap" button at the top right corner to create a new Zap.
    
3. Choose the trigger app: In the "Choose a Trigger App" search box, type "Schedule" and select the "Schedule by Zapier" app as the trigger for your Zap.
