Price Settings
- From the Property Configurations menu, select Settings → Pricing Settings.
2. Make sure the box for Use Revenue Management is checked.
3. Select the lease terms that should be used to calculate the rent range.
- Each property will have specific preferences regarding month selection.
4. Rent range includes pricing for how many days from available date.
5. Save Changes.
Rental Option Settings
6. Scroll down to the Rental Option Settings.
7. Make sure the box for Override Revenue Management Lease Term is checked.
8. Select the appropriate Lease Term Months.
- Each property will have specific preferences regarding month selection.
9. Save Changes
Yardi Voyager Property Interface Configuration
To configure a single property for Revenue Management
- From the Functions menu, select Interface Configuration. The Revenue Management Configuration screen and list of available interfaces is displayed.
2. Select Revenue Management from the interface list. The Revenue Management Configuration screen is displayed.
3. Select Agency → ApartmentIQ.
4. Update Revenue Management Options:
- ☑ Do Not Export Tenant Names
- Leave all other options unchecked unless otherwise directed.
