Resman API Configuration - Revenue Management

This guide outlines the steps required to configure the Resman integration with ApartmentIQ Revenue Management.

Steps to get started

 

  1. Submit an Integration Request to Resman
  • Contact your assigned Resman Support or Customer Success representative.
  • Specify that you are requesting a Rentable integration for revenue management.
  • Provide a list of all properties for which the integration should be activated
    • This will initiate a Resman support request.

 

  1. Resman Fulfills the Support Request
  • Once the integration request is fulfilled, Resman must supply the following API Credentials to the ApartmentIQ team:
    • Account ID
    • Subdomain
    • Property IDs
