Important Notes
Both the Research and Explore tools operate on a seat-based subscription model.
- Research is an add-on feature and is not included with your Market Survey subscription.
- The Explore tool is offered in three tiers: Explore Lite (free to all users), Explore Pro, and Explore Pro+.
This training will focus on the capabilities of Explore Pro+. To upgrade your access to any of these seat-based tiers, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
